Central Catholic High School

We rely on our parent volunteers throughout the school year to assist in many facets of school operation. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to working with you!

Massachusetts requires all schools to conduct criminal background checks (CORI) every three years on current and prospective employees. Volunteers, school transportation providers, and others who may have direct and unmonitored contact with children, need to complete a CORI every year.

Since it may take several days to conduct and review such a check, parents/guardians who have not had a CORI check through Sacred Heart School during the year may wish to do so at the beginning of the school year. With your completed CORI check kept in our confidential file, you will then be able to volunteer or chaperone any time during the year. CORI checks require proof of identity in the form of a government issued photographic identification such as a driver’s license.

Click here to fill out a CORI form. Once the information is filled in, you will need to print the form and bring it along with your government issued identification to the Central Office at the ECC or ES.
